The Bishop of Birkenhead, Julie Conalty, and the Bishop of Stockport, Sam Corley, were invited to Gee Cross Holy Trinity Primary School in Hyde to celebrate the school’s vision and values, “full of life, love and learning”. The visit was featured in the local newspaper, Tameside Reporter.

Isabelle was a past pupil who courageously battled a terminal illness. She passed away when she was in year two, and the garden was originally designed in memory of Isabelle, who was loved by all. With the help of donations from ASDA, the PTFA and volunteers, the garden was recently redesigned and developed to be a special place to sit, to wonder, and to reflect quietly, namely Isabelle’s Garden.
