Faith In The North: The Lord’s Prayer Collective Moment

Friday 10 October

This is an initiative led by the Archbishop of York’s Faith in the North team when North of England schools will be coming together in a collective praying of The Lord’s Prayer on Friday 10 October. There will be a moment for adults at 12pm and for schools at 1.15pm.

The Lord’s Prayer For Adults at 12pm

Everyone is invited to join with others across the Diocese as we pause and pray together over Zoom - in our homes, churches, schools, care homes, with volunteers, and staff at Church House, Bishop’s House and Foxhill - for a moment of reflection and prayer on Zoom led by Diocesan Secretary, Jane Pleace.

The Lord’s Prayer For Schools at 1.15pm

All schools are invited to sign up following the link below. We encourage schools to pause to pray at 1.15pm so schools can do this collectively. You might like to make an afternoon of it so we’ve collated a range of creative activities.

Visit Faith in the North for more info & resources or contact Ali Rice on alison.rice@chester.diocese.org.
